If I were the parent of one of these kids, I would be suing the school district into bankruptcy over this outrage.

Dunno about California, but here in Oregon there are tort claim limits against the gov't. The max they can be sued for is $200k, which makes it really hard to find a lawyer who'll even take these cases.

Absolutelyfrigginunbelievable...since when did Cinco de Mayo become a US holiday? Stooped lib govt school employees. I'd sue the govt and made sure my kids wore a t-shirt w/American flag EVERY DAY for the rest of the year!!
