Rpublican Congressman Calls Out the Obamanistas

Finally, somebody in that hapless (hopeless?) party has the guts to stand up and say what many of us already know, and that is that our hard-won, precious freedoms and liberties are under assault unlike at any time in our nation's history.

Kudos galore to Rep. Wally Herger, who on August 18 hosted a town hall in Redding, California which was attended by both supporters and opponents of ObamaCare.

Rep. Herger got up and told the crowd that ObamaCare was not the only threat this nation faces, as other actions on the part of this hideous administration pose a danger as well:

Herger did not hold back on his opinion of the health care plan and the administration’s appointment of “czars” to head various departments and task forces.

“Our democracy has never been threatened as much as it is today,” Herger said to a loud standing ovation.
Despite the fact that we are not a democracy, a very important point missed by so many today, at least the congressman was on the right track.

Herger called the cap and trade law "environmental extremism." Health care is not the only threat to our democracy,” Herger said. Herger noted that the last election resulted in the Democrats having a majority in both houses of Congress.

“They can vote in anything they want,” Herger said. “The only thing standing between you and them voting in anything they want is you.”
You can read the entire article here.

If the Republican Party is to have any chance at all of overcoming the corruption of the ObamACORNs in the next election, retaking control of the House-thus stopping the alarming progression of freedom-killing Obamunism, then they all, and I mean every last one of them, need to be out their saying the very things Rep. Herger is saying, and they need to be doing it early, loudly and often.

The time for treating the left with kid gloves is over. For well over six decades the American people have tolerated those who have been working tirelessly to destroy this nation as it was founded. We are now hanging on to our freedoms and liberties by a slender thread, which is getting thinner as each day passes.

There is still a chance the America we all grew up in can be saved for the next generation, but if we fail to act now to put an end to this Marxist-inspired nonsense, that chance will be lost forever.
