It wouldn't hurt my feelings if Mr. Alford was to make a run for POTUS.
Not only was he the only person in that chamber that actually "get's it," but he probably knows more about how business actually works than all the rest of the congress-critters combined.
How many successful business people are there in congress? I bet it's far less then the number of failed ones.
Heck, I'd volunteer to be the poster boy for his campaign.
